S'INVENTER UNE VIE

SOUS INFLUENCE (5’31’’)

Young students from the École Flocon and recreational centre, Paris, 18th arrondissement, with Samuel Lecocq.

The children have produced a series of fictional scenes diverting and parodying the relationship between an influencer and her followers. The travel destination is heavenly, the cosmetics have exceptional virtues, her lifestyle is flawless. An untroubled day-to-day life, lived by proxy, eyes riveted on her phone. Pretending to be envious, they played with the self-representation codes of the dream and illusion factory that constitute social networks.

This film was realised by young students from the École Flocon and recreational centre in the 18th arrondissement of Paris: Shams ABD ELAZIJ, Amina BAYO, Agathe CROIZARD, Jean Daniel DABÉ, Setou-Noelle DRAMÉ, Matisse GUIO, Gabriel GUSTAVE, Priscilla KABEMBA, Jasmine KORTLI, Yasmina MANSERI, Diana SISSOKO / SILLA, with artist-videographer Samuel Lecocq.

A creation carried out as part of the "Regards Croisés" program.
