RENDRE VISIBLE
JOLI MAI 2022 (5’28’’)
Young students from the École Macdonald and recreational centre, Paris, 19th arrondissement, with Rayane Mcirdi.
With a microphone in hand, a group of children explore their neighbourhoods history. By interviewing random passers-by: in a café, in the Parc de La Villette, at the Rosa Parks metro station... what unfolds is the collective history of a fragment of the 19th arrondissement of Paris, as well as a portrait of its anonymous inhabitants, rendered visible by the film.
This film was realised by young students from the École Macdonald and recreational centre in the 19th arrondissement of Paris: Tasnim AIT TMZGOU, Nihal BELAID, Mourad BLIBECH, Sarah BLIBECH, Aïssatou DIALLO, Halan GOSTYMEN ANTOINE, Kaya RUDZINSKA, Maya RUDZINSKA, Zohra DJERRAH, with the video artist Rayane Mcirdi.
